We are starting our Volleyball Unit. In this unit we focus on skill, specifically the skill of forearm passing, fitness in relation to training for certain elements of health and skill, and self and peer motivation. Below you will find the skill testing sheet for a forearm pass, the motivation packet and the health and skill related fitness packet. These were handed out in class on August 2nd & 3rd. On August 28 & 29 we started our unit with the first day of forearm passing. Over the next few classes we will work through passing, setting, hitting and serving. We will start game play and eventually tournament play. We will run the mile on September 21st and 22nd.
